We chose six different cupcake flavors and they were all so good. The cake batter was amazing with some runny cake batter somehow put inside. It was even better than we expected.
Most amazing cupcakes. Hours vary due to human and mechanical errors. But it happens. They also close when they run out. So get there before you go to Starved Rock. You will not regret it, it's 3 dollars a cupcake. And totally worth it. With flavors like Reese's, cookie dough, and banana pudding in a rotation of 200 flavors. I will be back to see some more flavors.
Rating off the cupcakes taste alone I would have given it 4 out of 5. The outside is pink and catches the eye but as soon as you walk in it's a very noticeable change. After my experience this Saturday and upon reading all the comments I can see they either don't read the comments or simply don't care. The lady at the counter was very rude and unwelcoming. The cupcakes are $3 each which seemed very overpriced but we figured we would try them. Me and my bf walked in and were looking at the little selection and with little to no enthusiasm she asked what we wanted. We both were going to try one each and I guess we should've said 6 instead because our only wanting 2 seemed to displease them. We ended up trying 2 each getting 4 total so she got us a container meant for 6 cupcakes and asked us again if we wanted to make it 6 but we said no so again we got attitude. We left there and immediately we both commented about her attitude. Sorry if us not getting more cupcakes offended you but you should be nice to all of your customers regardless of the quantity. Clearly customer service matters I mean look at the reviews. Won't be coming back.
Friendly staff and incredibly delicious cupcakes! The owners are very inviting and really want everyone who walks through their doors to leave satisfied. They are on the path to starved rock and cater well to tourists. I highly recommend anyone passing through Utica to stop and try it out for themselves!
This would have been a nice place to go if they didn't run out of cupcakes by time we got there. But I look forward to going there in the future to change my rating.
